GENERAL

About Hashtha.ai

What does Hashtha.ai do?

We're a full-service IT consulting team — software development, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, security, and staffing — for organizations that need technology done right. AI runs through how we build all of it, instead of sitting off to the side as a separate offering with its own team and sales pitch. Our own shorthand for it: IT consulting, built by people who ship.

What services do you offer?

On the IT & Engineering side: Custom Software Development, Cloud & DevOps, IT Staff Augmentation, Cybersecurity & Compliance, and QA & Testing. On the Data & AI side: Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, ML Models, Generative AI, and Agentic AI & Custom Agents. See the Services page for the full breakdown of each.

Why treat IT and AI as one team instead of separate offerings?

Because they're more connected than they look. The infrastructure that keeps a web application secure and reliable is the same infrastructure a production AI system needs, and the pipelines that feed a dashboard are the same pipelines that feed a model. Splitting "IT" and "AI" into separate vendors means splitting up work that really belongs under one roof — so we keep it with one team that understands both sides.

WORKING TOGETHER

How an engagement actually works

How does a typical engagement work?

Four phases, one team throughout: Discover (we start with your actual systems, data, and business question, not a generic template), Build (we design and build in short, visible iterations you can react to), Deploy (we ship into your real environment, integrated with the systems you already use), and Support (we monitor, maintain, and extend as your needs evolve — the engagement doesn't end at launch).

Can I bring just one problem, or does it have to be the whole stack?

Either. Bring us one problem or the whole stack — every engagement is scoped around what you actually need, not a package you have to buy into.

Do you publish pricing?

Not on the site — it genuinely depends on scope, and we'd rather give you an honest number after understanding the actual work than a generic figure that doesn't hold up. That's what the Discover phase is for. Reach out via the Contact page and we'll talk specifics.

How long does a project typically take?

Same answer as pricing, honestly: it depends on the scope, so we don't publish a generic timeline. Once we've gone through Discover on your actual project, we can give you a real one.

Can I get an engineer without a full project engagement?

Yes — that's what IT Staff Augmentation is for. Vetted engineers embedded directly in your team, your tools, your standup, your standards, whether you need one specialist for three months or a small team for a year. See the Staff Augmentation page for details.

COMPANY

Hashtha.ai, practically speaking

Are you hiring?

Not actively right now — there are no open positions at the moment. The Careers page is the single accurate source for that, so if it changes, it'll show up there first. We're still happy to hear from people who want to introduce themselves in the meantime.

Where is Hashtha.ai located?

iThum Tower, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Full details, including a map link, are on the Contact page.

How do I get in touch or start a project?

The Contact page has our direct email, phone number, and address — no form to fill out, just direct links. "Book a Consultation" in the nav goes to the same place.

Is the chat widget on this site a real person?

No — it's "Hashtha," an AI assistant, and it says so plainly if you ask it directly. It can answer questions about the site and talk through what you're looking for, but nothing in that conversation is sent to our team, saved, or monitored by a person. If you want us to actually see what you discussed, bring it to the Contact page yourself. See the Privacy Notice for the full detail on how that works.
