THE SHORT VERSION
There's no account system, no contact form, and no cookies or analytics running on hashtha.ai. The only place any of your data moves at all is the chat widget in the corner of the screen — everything below explains exactly what happens there and everywhere else on the site.
THE CHAT WIDGET
When you send a message to the chat widget, that message — along with the recent messages before it, so the conversation makes sense — is sent to Groq, a third-party AI inference provider, to generate a reply. We don't store, log, or review these conversations ourselves: nothing is saved on our servers, and no person at Hashtha.ai monitors or reads them. The conversation lives only in your browser tab; closing or refreshing the page clears it.
Groq processes the message text you send in order to generate a response. You can read Groq's own privacy policy for how they handle that. If you describe a real project or need in the chat, the assistant is built to tell you plainly that the conversation isn't sent to our team — you'll need to reach out yourself via the Contact page if you'd like us to actually see it.
Separately, and unrelated to Groq: the chat widget stores one small piece of data in your browser's own local storage — timestamps of your own recent messages, kept only to prevent rapid-fire spam from a single visitor. Nothing about it is sent anywhere; it never leaves your browser, and clearing your browser data removes it.
CONTACTING US DIRECTLY
The Contact page lists our email, phone number, and address as direct links — a mailto link, a tel link, and a map link. There's no form on this site that collects and stores what you type. If you email or call us directly, that exchange happens through your own email provider or phone carrier, not through hashtha.ai.
COOKIES & ANALYTICS
hashtha.ai does not use cookies, and no analytics or advertising tracking is installed on the site today. If that ever changes — for example, if we add basic traffic analytics — we'll update this page to say so plainly rather than adding it quietly.
YOUR RIGHTS
Hashtha.ai is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and this notice is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) in mind. Because the site itself doesn't collect or store personal data through any form or tracker, there's little held to request access to or correct — but if you have any question about how something you've sent us directly is handled, or a concern about this notice at all, contact us at contact@hashtha.ai and we'll respond directly.
CHANGES
This notice reflects what hashtha.ai actually does today. If we add something that handles data differently — a form, analytics, a new feature — we'll update this page to match before it ships, not after. Last updated: August 2026.
