These terms govern your use of the hashtha.ai website — browsing its pages and using the chat assistant. By using this site, you agree to them. They don't cover the terms of an actual client engagement with Hashtha.ai: if we take on your project, that's governed by a separate signed agreement (statement of work or contract) specific to that engagement, not by this page.
02 · CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, design, graphics, and other content on hashtha.ai belong to Hashtha.ai unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse substantial parts of it — for commercial purposes or otherwise — without our written permission. The Hashtha.ai name and logo are ours; please don't use them to imply an association or endorsement that doesn't exist.
03 · ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or the systems behind it, including the chat assistant. Don't use the chat assistant to generate content that's unlawful, abusive, or intended to harm someone. We can restrict or block access for use that violates this section.
04 · THE CHAT ASSISTANT
The floating chat widget on this site is an AI assistant grounded in hashtha.ai's own published content. Its replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or imprecise — they're informational, not a quote, a commitment, or professional advice, and they don't bind Hashtha.ai to anything. For an actual proposal, timeline, or commitment, reach out via the Contact page and talk to our team directly. See our Privacy Notice for how a conversation with the assistant is (and isn't) handled.
05 · THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
This site links out to third-party services — WhatsApp, our social profiles, Google Maps, and the AI provider (Groq) that powers the chat assistant. Once you leave hashtha.ai for one of these, that service's own terms and privacy practices apply, not ours. We chose them in good faith but don't control how they operate.
06 · DISCLAIMERS
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site or chat assistant will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Nothing on this site — including anything the chat assistant says — constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of results for any future engagement.
07 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hashtha.ai isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the chat assistant. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or affects the separate terms of an actual signed client engagement.
08 · GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these terms as the site changes — a new feature, a changed practice. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
