The solution
We designed a cloud data warehouse as the single source of truth, with automated ELT pipelines syncing all seven sources on schedule. Metrics were defined once in a documented data model — so 'revenue', 'churn', and 'active user' finally meant the same thing everywhere.
On top of the warehouse we built live BI dashboards for each department, then added a demand-forecasting model that turned the newly unified history into forward visibility for planning and hiring.
