The challenge

Company data was scattered across seven tools — CRM, billing, product analytics, support desk, ad platforms, and two databases. Monthly reporting meant three days of exports and spreadsheet surgery, and different departments routinely presented different revenue numbers in the same meeting.

Leadership was making quarterly decisions on data that was weeks old and nobody fully trusted.

The solution

We designed a cloud data warehouse as the single source of truth, with automated ELT pipelines syncing all seven sources on schedule. Metrics were defined once in a documented data model — so 'revenue', 'churn', and 'active user' finally meant the same thing everywhere.

On top of the warehouse we built live BI dashboards for each department, then added a demand-forecasting model that turned the newly unified history into forward visibility for planning and hiring.
